Our goal is not to assist artists “breaking in” or “climbing the ladder” of what currently exists. We are reclaiming wealth and resources and mobilizing it back into our communities so that we can support ourselves as working musicians making a living wage.
We work with musicians who are passionate about creating opportunities and spaces of community care, mutual support and mutual aid, who are committed to our mission of working outside of industry norms, and who actively work to mobilize wealth and resources back into our communities.

LookBook
A collection of photographs showcasing three outfits I designed personally. These three garments display my use of organic cotton and recycled cotton. The dress was designed on the bias and included a block printing design by hand. My first use of organic cotton was accented by bold lettuce trimming and personally dyed fabric using the technique of ice dying to provide a tie-dye look. My final cotton look was inspired by who I am. I wanted to create an outfit that made me feel grounded, beautiful, and grand. The brown was used to represent my roots, along with the roses on the straps with hand-made fabric roses spread among the train. Not only are all of these designs mine, I also created the layout of the book, and edited all the photos myself after directing my models and photographer through the photoshoot process.
